The CSC office and website are limited to the distribution and dissemination of general information pertaining to various developers and their various products. These developers have leased space and have agreed to distribute information through CSC. The CSC office and website include access to related information, publications, articles as well as links to various other sites including information on real estate markets in various regions outside of Ontario and this content includes data, content and third party representations, opinions and information that CSC does not warrant or represent to be either up to date or accurate. This Agreement along with CSC/CentralShowplace.com Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and merges all prior and contemporaneous communications. No action of CSC, other than the express or written waiver or amendment, may be construed as a waiver or amendment of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be modified except by a written agreement signed by duly authorized representatives of CSC, provided that no purchase order or similar document issued by you shall modify this Agreement, even if signed by CSC. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. The parties intend that the provisions of this Agreement be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Accordingly, the parties agree that if any provisions are deemed not enforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make them enforceable and in such manner as comes closest to the intentions of the parties to this Agreement as is possible. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties, their successors and assigns, except that you may not assign or transfer this Agreement without CSC prior written consent.

 

We reserve the right to change these Terms, the Security & Privacy Policy, prices, information and available contractual license terms featured on this website without notice. These conditions set out the entire agreement between CSC and you relating to your use of this website.
