He actually first predicted Florida would bottom and turn around during the beginning of 2009 and called it back in August 2008. There definitely seems to be some consensus about the Florida real estate starting to recover. Home prices in the U.S. actually went up by 0.6% in February. Jim Cramer on CNBC Mad Money called the Florida real estate had bottom in March 2009. He actually first predicted Florida would bottom and turn around during the beginning of 2009 and called it back in August 2008.

There definitely seems to be some consensus about the Florida real estate starting to recover. Home prices in the U.S. actually went up by 0.6% in February.
